Taking Part in ’Active Over 50’ classes is a great way to become
more active.
Regular activity can
help you improve, prevent and
manage a range of age related conditions and help
reverse the effects of ageing. Older
adults who exercise regularly live
longer, remain more independent
and have a better quality of life
than those who are inactive.
Our Active Over 50 program combines gentle exercise classes with information
seminars and effective strength training in a friendly, caring environment.
Our fully accredited instructors are trained to work with seniors being sensitive
to your various needs and limitations. As a 4 in 1 client you will be offered
you own individual health program, which will be designed to be enjoyable whilst
helping you to achieve your goals. Our instructors will be regularly monitoring
your progress and motivating you to meet new challenges.
Recent research has indicated that regular exercise offers huge benefits for
senior people. These benefits include:
