Group fitness classes are a lot of fun and at 4in1 Fitness, we offer a wide range of group fitness classes to ensure there is something for people just beginning exercise to the experienced group fitness person.

The highly motivating music and energy of all the participants makes the experience fun and providing a great workout. Fully qualified instructors welcome all new comers and ensure an enjoyable, safe and effective workout is achieved by all.

4in1 Fitness is dedicated to provide the latest group fitness programs including Les Mills Zumba Fitness freestyle classes as well as a holistic approach through pilates.

Fitness Class Descriptions

  • ZUMBA Ditch the work out and join the Party. The ZUMBA program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away. Our goal is simple: We want you to want to work out, to love working out, to get hooked. ZUMBA Fanatics achieve long-term benefits while experiencing an absolute blast in one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements
    meant to engage and captivate for life!
  • BODYBALANCE is the Yoga, Tai Chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm. Controlled breathing, concentration and a carefully structured series of stretches, moves and poses to music create a holistic workout that brings the body into a state of harmony and balance. It's your personal time out from the stress and strains of daily life - a 55-minute group exercise-to-music class that enhances your physical and mental well-being.
  • BODYPUMP is the fastest way to shape up and lose body fat. It's a toning and conditioning class with weights and is for just about everybody who wants to add strength training into their aerobic workout. The simplicity of the class makes BODYPUMP a great starting point to develop strength and confidence. Hot sounds and compelling choreography keep you going through each 45-minute or one-hour workout. You'll use a step platform, a bar and a
    set of weights.
  • BODYCOMBAT is a non-combat, martial arts-based fitness program with moves drawn from Karate, Tae Kwan Do, Kung Fu, kickboxing, Muay Thai and Tai Chi. Each 55-minute BODYCOMBAT class is choreographed to 10 tracks of the latest
    music, providing an exhilarating exercise experience that delivers
    ultra-fast fitness results.
  • CYCLE is a 50-minute indoor cycling class based on outdoor riding. CYCLE is where you ride to the rhythm of powerful music. Take on the terrain with your inspiring team coach who leads the pack through hills, flats, mountain peaks, time trials, and interval training controlling the intensity of your workout with a resistance dial and pedal speed.. Discover your athlete within - sweat and burn to reach your endorphin high.
  • PILATES A body-conditioning technique designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body. PILATES targets the deep postural muscles within the body through a series of exercises aimed at building muscles strength and rebalancing the body. Excellent for improving posture, strength, flexibility and aligning the body correctly.
  • CIRCUIT is a combination of high-intensity aerobics and resistance training, an excellent way to improve mobility, strength and stamina. Designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness. CIRCUIT is program in which you move immediately from an exercise for one muscle group to an exercise for a different muscle group until all major muscle groups have been worked.
  • BOXING Release the fury with high intensity endurance.  Combining one on one pad training and body weight exercises effectively achieves results in muscle toning whilst increasing stamina and endurance. Learn how to maximize weight goals, improve levels of cardio vascular fitness and maintain confidence in personal development with various boxing combinations,
    strength and cardio phases while increasing your flexibility.
  • KIDS CLASSES are a 45 minute collection of fun active activities for the kids to have a go!  Building gross motor, social and team work skills. Educational material will be provided to introduce fitness as being a healthy lifestyle.
