Training - 4 in 1 Out-Fit Outdoor Training
4 in 1 Out-Fit Outdoor Training is a military inspired outdoor
group personal training session designed to achieve maximum results,
no matter what your current fitness levels.
Whether you are an experienced exerciser, just starting out or
looking to push yourself a little further, 4 in 1 Out-Fit training
will help you achieve noticeable results in a short period of time.
4 in 1 Out-Fit runs for 6 sessions per week at various locations
across the central coast. Each session lasting approximately 1 hr.
Bookings are essential from the base club that is running the session.
A maximum 20 participants at any session to ensure your Out-Fit
trainer is focused on you working to your full potential and achieving
your results.

Do I need to be fit ?
Of course not, as long as you are not injured, ill or pregnant.
Your Out-Fit trainer will assess you and place you in a section
with people of equal fitness levels.
What will I be doing in an Out-Fit session?
The sessions are designed to challenge you both physically and
mentally. The activities you will perform include:
- Running, stair climbs, sand and hill jogging
- Push ups
- Core strength, sit ups and stability exercises.
What do I need to bring to Out-Fit?
Comfortable workout gear is essential including appropriate shoes
you can run in, a full waterbottle and a towel for afterwards. You
will be issued with a 4 in 1 out-Fit T shirt on your first
day.

1 Fitness centre for more information on getting started and getting
