Cardio and Resistance Training
4 in1 Fitness has a wide variety of cardiovascular equipment to help increase your fitness levels, give your heart a workout, as well as help burn those unwanted kilos. Whether you choose to walk, run, ride or row your way to better health and fitness, 4 in1 qualified fitness supervisors are on hand to provide programs and assistance.

Group Fitness Classes
Group fitness classes are a lot of fun and at 4 in1 Fitness we offer a wide range of group fitness classes to ensure there is something for people just beginning exercise to the experienced group fitness person. The highly motivating music and energy of all the participants makes the experience fun, providing a great workout. Fully qualified instructors welcome all newcomers and ensure an enjoyable, safe and effective workout is achieved by all. 4 in1 Fitness is dedicated to provide the latest group fitness programs including Les Mills and freestyle classes as well as a holistic approach through yoga and pilates.

Strength Training
Whether you are looking to increase your strength, tone up or speed up your metabolism, 4 in1 Fitness has a wide variety of the latest state of the art strength training equipment. We have a variety of pin loaded and free weights equipment suited to all levels of experience, in a non intimidating environment. Qualified gym instructors are always on hand to design programs and offer advice to help you achieve your goals.

Active Over 50’s Program
Taking Part in ’Active Over 50’ classes is a great way to become more active. Regular activity can help you improve, prevent and manage a range of age related conditions and help reverse the effects of ageing.

Squash - 4 in1 Fitness Wyoming and Erina have squash courts available for casual or permanent hire 7 days a week.

Childminding
All 4 in1 Fitness Family health clubs have extensively equipped childminding facilities available 6 days a week.
